FAQ about Orders

1.Do you honor the YCC awarded by the system?
Yes, we do. When making a payment, please choose “Use YCC”, and the system will automatically make the deduction in accordance with the YCC.

 

2.Does my YCC have an expiration date?
YCC does not expire, but it cannot be redeemed.  

 

3.If I am not making any purchase, can I top up my YCC in advance?
Yes, you can sign in and top up your YCC online.

 

4.Can I cancel an order?
In case you have not paid for your order, you can cancel it by choosing “My Account”-“My Orders”-“Action”-“Cancel Order”.  Alternatively, you can call or email customer service.
In case payments has been made, please contact customer service: service@youngchinese.com.

 

5. After an order has been submitted, can I revise it?
Sorry, once submitted, an order cannot be revised. However, you can always cancel it and place a new order.
