1. What is the URL for the official website of Young Chinese?
It is www.youngchinese.com.

2. Must I enter information for “Recommender”?
If there is one, please do.  Otherwise, just leave the cell blank. 

3. What is a coupon code? How do I enter it? Is the member school number a coupon code?
1) A coupon code refers to the code that entitles you to a discount.
2) A coupon code is a 6-digit number, e.g., 112233 and 446688, that is authorized by Young Chinese. 
3) The member school number is your coupon code.

4. How do I use my YCC?
Please follow the instructions and diagram. 

5. How shall I use my Online Access Code?
The Online Access Code is a 16-digit code for activating an account to gain full access to an online course.

Step 1: Log on website:www.youngchinese.com
Step 2: Click the【Register】 button and enter the information requested to complete the registration.
Step 3: Sign in your 【Account】, click the 【Account】button and choose【Online Access Code】from the pull-down menu.  Enter the Code and Captcha, then select 【Apply】.
Step 4: Click the Course Title to start learning.
