﹒This intermediate level course is suitable for sixth or seventh graders who have completed Book 6 and whose Chinese level meets the requirements of YCT4 or HSK3.
﹒Upon completion, learners will be able to grasp 120 new characters and 122 new bi-syllabic and multi-syllabic words and be able to reproduce the 12 texts studied in their own words.

﹒Learners will have satisfactory knowledge of Chinese holidays, festivals and customs, and they will be aware of the similarities and dissimilarities between Chinese and Western cultures.
