FAQ about Payment

1. Do you provide an invoice?
Yes, after successful payment, you can print out an invoice by clicking “Account” and then “My Orders.”

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?
1) Paypal
2) Alipay
3) Bank Transfer (RMB)
4) Check (in the U.S.A. only)

 

3. Do you accept credit card?
Yes. To do so, choose “Paypal”, and then “pay with a debit or credit card. Next, enter your credit card information.

 

4.Who shall I make the check out to? And where shall send it?
On the line that say “Pay to the order of …”, you should write: Surewin Culture LLC.

5. I have already paid online, but why does “My Orders” say “Unpaid”?
Please check if your PAYPAL or Credit Card has transaction records (you can call customer service of PAYPAL or the bank, or you can check your personal online banking records).
If the amount has not been successful drawn, please go to “Account” –“My Orders”, and make the payment again.  If the amount has been successfully drawn, please contact customer service: service@youngchinese.com.
