FAQ about Distribution

1. Do you charge a mailing fee on the free paper-based course materials?
Yes. Since shipping is entrusted with a third party, we will charge you a shipping fee by the third party’s rates.

2. When do you send the paper-based course materials?
If payment has been made successfully and there is no doubt about the recipient’s name or address, the course materials will be sent out in 3-7 working days. Arrival time depends on the logistics mode used in the locality. Please click “MY Account, ” and then “My Order” to check the progress of the order.

3. Can I pick up the materials in person? Where are your distribution centers?
Sorry, you can’t.  We have two distributions centers, one for customers within the United States and the other for customers outside the United States.

4. After successful payment has been made, is it possible to change the recipient’s address? 
Please check with customer service: service@youngchinese.com.  Your order is normally sent out 3 working days after payment. If your order has not been sent out yes, you can change the recipient’s address. Otherwise, you can’t. Please check the receipt information carefully before payment.
