National Partners

NPs or National Partners are highest-level business partners of Young Chinese responsible for mark development and product promotion.  

1. Eligibility:

Any individual or company is eligible that is skilled in marketing planning, team leading, market expansion and public relations. 

2. Obligations:

1)Sales: Fulfill the sales target set for the country and accomplish goals set for the evaluation of sales performance;

2)Team building: NPs are entitled to establish a network of secondary market agents and sales outlets. They are responsible for recruiting, training and managing the sales teams.

3)Establishing sales channels:  NPs are responsible for the establishment, maintenance and expansion of sales channels in the country represented.  They are encouraged to introduce the policies, products and teaching philosophy of Young Chinese into various types of schools with a Chinese program by means of, for example,  holding forums, visiting schools, speaking at conferences, etc.

4)Supporting the company: NPs ought to participate in the marketing efforts, technical support and sales training programs organized by the company.

5)Contributing to market development: NPs should nurture the market in conjunction with the company by never doing anything detrimental to the interests of the company, actively safeguarding the company's positive image, and providing the company with any negative market feedback.
