FAQ about our Refund Policy

1. How soon can a refund reach me?
Depending on the refund time of your credit card or PAYPAL, normally it takes 1 to 3 work days.

2. If I have already started an online course, can I ask for a refund?
We are sorry that online courses are virtual commodities. Once consumed, no refund can be made.

3. If I don’t accept the free paper-based course materials, can I ask for a partial refund?
We are sorry that paper-based materials are a gift for your purchase of our product and service. Since they are not included in the price, a refund will not be made.

4. How do you refund the part deducted based on the YCC?
If you make the payment by both the YCC and Paypal/ credit card to pay the difference, when a refund is made, the YCC will automatically be returned to your YCC account, and the remaining amount will be returned to your Paypal account or credit card account after a service fee is charged accordingly.

5. What do I do with the paper-based course materials included in the order to be refunded?
Please contact customer service in advance at service@youngchinese.com before mailing the course materials.  Upon receipt of the materials, the company will make the refund in 2-3 work days.  You will be responsible for the mailing cost. Please make sure that the materials are in good condition for sale.
