FAQ about Replacements

1. Can I ask for a replacement for an online course purchased?
You only need to pay for the differences in price if you wish to replace a course with another course of longer duration.

However, if you wish to replace a course with one of a shorter duration, a replacement will not be made until customer service has checked how many times and how long you have used your account. 

 

2. Can I ask for a replacement for the free paper-based course materials?
If there is any defect in printing or binding that will cause any inconvenience in using the material, please contact the district assistance or customer service for replacement. 

Otherwise, sorry we do not replace paper-based materials.  

 

3. Who is responsible for the mailing cost if a replacement is made?
We will be responsible for any mailing cost incurred due to any printing- or binding- related defect.  

However, if replacement request initiated by the customer is based on something other than a defect in quality, any mailing cost incurred will be borne by the customer.
