An online course is an Internet-based interactive Chinese course for independent study. It is free to register for the course, but you need to purchase the contents and study time. You can activate your account in one of the two ways.：
• 1. Direct activation by the system：when you view the online course, you can purchase an online course;；
• 2. Activation by "Access Code"：when shopping in the course store, you can purchase an access code for yourself or for others.。

2、About Cloud Classses

Cloud classes are classes created for individualized instruction.：
• Select to Join：
  You will receive individualized support from the teacher, who will answer your questions, monitor your progress, give assignments, administer tests, mark your papers, and share with you course materials.；
• Non-participant：
  You will not get individualized help when studying online.。

3、About Payments

You can choose one of the 4 methods of payments：
• Paypal
• Alipay
• Bank Transfer (RMB)
• Check (USA only)
After payment is made succefully, please send a message to customer service so that your order will promptly be processed.。

4、About Delivery

• Shipping of your order together with the free paper-based maerials is entrusted with a third party. Therefore you will be charged a shipping fee by the third party’s rates.；
• You can not pick up your order in person.。

  2）The China distribution center distributes orders outside the United States.。
